Low temperature bevel gear gate valve is a common on-off cut-off valve. It controls the opening and closing of the valve through the lifting of the gate. The gate is perpendicular to the direction of the fluid. The channel size can be changed by changing the relative position between the gate and the seat. Bevel gear gate valve shutoff parts (RAMS) are of elastic construction, which can automatically compensate for deformation of valve body caused by abnormal load or temperature during operation. Therefore, the seal is reliable and there is no gate wedge.
Structural features:
1. In order to prevent abnormal pressure boost in the middle chamber, a pressure relief hole is set at the inlet side of the gate plate.
2. Determine the top length of the bonnet according to the operating temperature of the valve to ensure the reliable sealing of the stem packing.
3. According to the working temperature, reasonable selection of filler, gasket and other parts of the material.
4. Strictly control the chemical composition of materials, low temperature impact toughness and other mechanical properties.
5. Adopt a variety of piping flange standards and sealing surface type, suitable for various engineering needs.
